The information we collect goes beyond standard booking details. Due to the requirements of adventure travel, we mandatorily collect your Medical History, Emergency Contact Details, and Insurance Policy Number. This data is solely used for your safety and emergency response planning.

Assumption of Risk
The customer acknowledges that trips offered by Thomas Cook involve the risk of serious injury, illness, or death. By booking, you voluntarily accept these risks. Thomas Cook is not liable for losses or expenses incurred due to natural disasters, political instability, or accidents.
Mandatory Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance with a minimum coverage of ₹50 Lakh (or equivalent) is mandatory for all expeditions. This coverage must include medical emergencies and helicopter evacuation.
Cancellation Fees (Strict Policy)
- 90+ days: Full refund minus deposit.
- 60-89 days: 75% cancellation fee.
- Less than 60 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund) – due to high expedition costs paid to suppliers.
